The fibrous outer shell of the coconut is a natural substrate created by breaking it into small pieces. The fibrous and soft outer shell, called husk, is broken down in machines into certain grain sizes and dried in the sun. Then, large particles (Chips) and small particles (peat) are mixed in certain proportions and pressed. It is made ready for plants to be produced for the purpose.
In the production of Original Kokopeat, the outer shells must be shredded and used in their fresh and natural state, without removing the fibers and without being subjected to any other processing. The pulp remaining from the valuable fiber-removed husks, which have been subjected to certain processes to produce different products, grow bag / slab. It should not be used in production. Otherwise, cocopeats produced using recycled materials will cause serious technical problems in plant production and disease of the plants. Original kokopeat; is produced by using fresh husks as a whole and without mixing any recycled materials.
